It is my pleasure to present to you the 2009 Annual Report of the Company. It has been a year of consolidation and growth for the Company during which we have seen a number of development projects successfully completed and commissioned and have enjoyed strong financial results.
Little World Beverages Limited (LWB) announced today that it had taken a 20% interest in Stone & Wood Brewing Company Pty Ltd, a fledgling craft brewer based in Byron Bay NSW. Stone & Wood has been brewing since December last year and is focussed on developing its immediate regional market being northern NSW and Queensland.
The directors present their report together with the consolidated financial report for the six months ended 31 December 2008 and the auditor's review report thereon.
It is my pleasure to present you with the 2008 Annual Report of the Company. It has been a year of considerable endeavour producing a very positive financial result and setting a platform for future growth. Importantly, the plans outlined in our prospectus in November 2005 have been completed, contributing additional revenue streams in addition to the organic growth gained from the existing operational base.
